I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) working with clients virtually in both California and Texas. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and am a recent transplant to Austin, TX.  I specialize in supporting ambitious women over 18 years old who are navigating the challenges of anxiety stemming from life transition, burnout, stress, or the unique pressures of student life.

I was first exposed to therapy myself at a young age and saw how helpful it could be! Managing a few life transitions of my own and testing out a few careers, I knew I ultimately wanted to be able to give back to my community and support others in the way that therapy supported me. If you're grappling with anxiety or seeking guidance in managing life's transitions and embracing new chapters, you've come to the right place and I can’t wait to meet you.

When I am not at work you will find me cooking, trying out the newest restaurants in town, reading a good book, or playing with my mini golden doodle!
