Trying to get pregnant, being pregnant, or preparing for a baby can stir up emotions you didn’t expect! No one tells you the challenges involved in working towards motherhood but when it shows it, it can stir up anxiety, depression, grief, or frustration. Perhaps you are struggling through infertility, a miscarriage, or physical symptoms of pregnancy. You may be excited for this journey but at the same time screaming “what did it do!”.

f you’re trying to conceive and finding yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, disappointment, grief, or uncertainty, therapy can help you process the emotional toll this experience can take. If you are pregnant, emotions may show up that you never expected as your body and life begin to change. In therapy I can support you in walking through these changes, processing any grief, and working through those anxious or depressed thoughts that can start to creep in. Together, we can create space for your emotions without minimizing them or rushing you to “stay positive.”
